Growth hormone axis

CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin

Two signals aimed at stimulating growth-hormone release. A hormone rise is different from a proven recovery benefit.

Why is it discussed?

Component physiology

GH / IGF-1 response

CJC-1295 studies show hormone changes. They do not establish the benefit of every CJC–ipamorelin blend.

1. Pulsatile secretion of growth hormone (GH) persists during continuous stimulation by CJC-1295, a long-acting GH-releasing hormone analog. ↗2. Ipamorelin, the first selective growth hormone secretagogue. ↗Reviewed 2026-09-11

About the anatomical model

BodyParts3D, DBCLS. The male reference model provides anatomical context, including when the clinical evidence concerns women. Cellular receptors and visceral-fat compartments are not represented.
